The office and consulting team of the AStA
To support the AStA Board and its departments, to advise students and to offer regular office hours, there is an AStA office and the Student Advisory Service, BAföG and Social Affairs (StuBS) with the employees Annika, Stine, Catja & Timo
The opening hours of the AStA office are during the lecture period:
Mon-Thu. from 09:45 to 12:45 and you will find us in OSL room 056.
Timo and Ulli are sitting there and will be happy to answer your questions and/or forward your requests. Apart from that, they will take care of the ’smooth‘ running of the AStA work, for example: Coordination and layout work, they write the newsletter and take care of the semester ticketing. They also give you copy credits and last minute collage blocks and pens.
The student advisory service BAföG and social affairs
In the StuBS consulting Catja is there for you. Twice a week, also during the semester break (Tue and Thursdays from 09:00 to 11 am), she offers counselling in OSL in room 054 on the topics of BAföG, studying with children, studying with health handicaps and on social issues such as work organisation during studies.
