This will be voted on in a meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/asta-uni-flensburg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/2025-07-10-antrag-projekt-foerderung.pdf\">Application-Funding-AStA as pdf<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-23278326 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"border-radius:5px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-b56e0895 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The application must be submitted at least 7 days before an AStA meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications from 1.000\u20ac must be submitted to the student parliament (StuPa)!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications cannot be submitted after the end of an event!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is recommended to obtain several offers!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application:<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applicant:in: department, university group, stud. Initiative, students<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Justification:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What should happen? \/ What should be purchased?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When and where should the event take place? \/ From whom should it be purchased?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How many people should take part? \/ How many people will use it?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost breakdown: What costs will be incurred and why? What happens to the surpluses? Co-sponsors: who else is involved in the financing?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why should it be paid from student funds? What is the added value for the student body?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-style-default is-layout-flow wp-container-core-column-is-layout-a4df4775 wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procedure at the asta meeting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application is presented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Questions of understanding can be asked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discussion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If necessary, amendments by AStA members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolution<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A motion requires a simple majority of the AStA members present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A rejected motion can be resubmitted or amended at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Billing<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Principle: No money without a receipt.
