Your student parliament (StuPa)

According to the organizational statutes of the constituted student body, the StuPa is: “[…] the central opinion-forming and decision-making body of the student body. It decides on all matters concerning the student body” (§7 para. 1). Its tasks include electing and monitoring the AStA and passing resolutions on changes to the statutes and regulations of the student body. The StuPa also decides on major expenditure and approves the student body’s annual budget.

There are up to 25 seats in the StuPa, each of which is filled by a member and, if applicable, a substitute member of the student body. The seats are allocated annually by election by the entire student body.

The minutes of the StuPa can either be viewed during opening hours in the AStA office
or can be requested directly from the StuPa by e-mail. For data protection reasons, uploading to the AStA website is currently not possible.
