Financial project support from the AStA
Do you have a project idea that could benefit students and need financial support?
Then we can support you financially
How does it work?
All you need to do is submit the following application to the AStA. This will be voted on in a meeting.
Important:
- The application must be submitted at least 7 days before an AStA meeting
- Applications from 1.000€ must be submitted to the student parliament (StuPa)!
- Applications cannot be submitted after the end of an event!
- It is recommended to obtain several offers!
Application::
Applicant:in: department, university group, stud. Initiative, students
Justification:
- What should happen? / What should be purchased?
- When and where should the event take place? / From whom should it be purchased?
- How many people should take part? / How many people will use it?
- Cost breakdown: What costs will be incurred and why? What happens to the surpluses? Co-sponsors: who else is involved in the financing?
- Why should it be paid from student funds? What is the added value for the student body?
Procedure at the asta meeting
- Application is presented
- Questions of understanding can be asked
- discussion
- If necessary, amendments by AStA members
- Resolution
- A motion requires a simple majority of the AStA members present.
- A rejected motion can be resubmitted or amended at any time.
Billing:
- Principle: No money without a receipt. We need the original receipt.
- Invoices must be issued to the AStA of the Europa-Universität Flensburg.
- If the invoice is to be sent by email, the person issuing the invoice must send it to asta.fibu@uni-flensburg.de .
- Money laid out can be collected in cash from the AStA or transferred to the account without cash.
